Transformation Housing, LLC, (TH) is the Property Management division of VLV Development. Our commitment to make a difference for humanity is further expressed in the operations of this division. As the managing member of the LLC, our expertise in the management of rental properties, which are tax credit section 42 income-restricted and project based subsidized, enables us to provide quality service. With a thorough understanding of Federal housing programs and a good working relationship with owners and various government agencies we are positioned to serve our client base with exceptional management services. TH is well versed in monitoring and overseeing renewable energy components to control costs.
Our staff of leading industry professionals includes specialists in compliance, accounting, operations, marketing, and leasing as well as on-site expertise in community outreach, leasing, and maintenance at each of our communities.
Transformation Housing, LLC provides services that enhance the quality of life for each resident by developing programs that integrate independent lifestyles with a sense of community. With a commitment to make a difference, VLV takes on a holistic approach in our developments and partnered with Inner City Growth Corporation, a local 501c3 charitable non-profit. The foundation is committed to enhancing the quality of life in each community that it serves, and have included resident services daycare services and social services, education and training such as:
- Life-skill counseling to low-income families and seniors
- Job-training services to youth and young adults
- Youth activities as an alternative to gang and drug activity
- Re-entry program for offenders
